Refund Policy

Three ways a refund happens.

1. Loader won’t boot

If the loader fails to inject into Modern Warfare 4 on your rig within the first 24 hours of your purchase, we refund the full price of that plan. Ping support with your loader log; we usually process the refund within an hour.

2. Ricochet catches up mid-cycle

If the loader boots successfully and Ricochet subsequently pushes a detection before we repatch, and your remaining plan time is more than 24 hours, we credit the unused days to your next plan purchase. Not a cash refund; a credit against future service.

3. Key never landed

If your payment cleared but no key appeared on your account page within 5 minutes, refresh once, then contact support. We refund with no questions if delivery genuinely failed.

What isn’t refundable

• Any completed HWID reset (you used it, it counts).
• Any plan where the loader booted and worked as advertised.
• Bans from Ricochet after the loader worked — the anti-cheat has real teeth and any third-party client carries this risk. See the Terms of Service.

Email contact@mw4-hacks.com from the address on the account, with your order ID. We respond within an hour during ops-desk hours (roughly 24/7 async).
