What to include

If you’re reporting a loader issue, include:

• Your account email.
• Windows version and build number.
• Loader version (bottom-left of the overlay).
• Loader log (auto-generated at %APPDATA%mw4-hacksloader.log).
• What you did, what happened, what you expected.

What not to send

• Pre-sale questions — everything is on the Hack page.
• Detection reports for other cheat products. We can’t help.
• Requests to enable or disable features remotely. All switches are in the console; you have them.
• DMs to individual operators. Use the support inbox or the #support Discord channel; it’s faster and doesn’t bottleneck on any one person.

Vulnerability reports go to a separate address: see /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not send security reports through Discord or the general support inbox.
